Draft preview version SBLA-GATE4-PRIVACY-2026-07-11
Privacy
SBLA treats privacy, consent, retention, and data boundaries as operating controls. This Gate 4 copy is a draft preview, not counsel-approved publication, and lead capture remains disabled.
What this public site handles
This website provides public information about SBLA. It does not expose private operating records, private buckets, provider payloads, customer records, billing data, or secret material.
- Public information only
- Lead capture disabled
- PII collection not authorized
- Raw provider payloads not exposed
Gate 4 privacy controls
AMY is the planned first-party internal CRM for initial Gate 4. Real inquiry collection remains disabled until real counsel signoff, the dedicated lead PII store boundary, consent records, retention workflow, and synthetic readbacks are verified.
- AMY internal CRM first
- External CRM not required initially
- Marketing consent disabled
- Payment collection disabled
Retention and deletion
When Gate 4 is later enabled by a named EOC decision, lead inquiry records must carry a policy version, consent timestamp, status, and retention delete-after value. Deletion and access requests route through the public data-deletion page.
- Retention delete-after required
- Deletion status surface present
- Raw PII in heartbeat false
- No PII in evidence ZIPs
