SBLA provides a public path for access, correction, deletion, and disconnection requests. Gate 4 lead capture is disabled; this draft retention surface does not clear the legal or technical blockers.
Request scope
Data access, correction, deletion, and disconnection requests are reviewed through appropriate verification and policy checks. If a later Gate 4 enablement is approved, each inquiry record must carry a retention delete-after value and deletion status.
